Loadit.ng Affiliate Program – Terms of Service (Nigeria Version)
Agreement
By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Loadit.ng Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below ("Terms of Service").
Loadit.ng reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. New features, tools, or updates to the Program will be subject to these Terms. Continued participation in the Program after any changes implies your acceptance.
Violation of any terms below may lead to immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions earned through violations. You participate in the Program at your own risk.
1. Account Terms
You must be 18 years or older to join the Program.
You must reside in Nigeria and possess a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) for payment.
Accounts created by bots or automated methods are strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate personal details including your full name, valid email address, phone number, and bank account details.
Your login is personal and must not be shared.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account activities.
You may not operate more than one affiliate account.
You must not use the Program for illegal or unethical purposes.
You may not generate commissions through self-referral or fake transactions.
2. Links and Graphics
Upon approval, you’ll receive a unique Affiliate Code. You may place Loadit.ng affiliate links, banners, or provided graphics on your website, social media platforms, or in messages to potential customers.
Affiliate earnings will only be tracked and credited via Special Links (formatted URLs containing your unique code). If you fail to use these properly, you may not earn commissions.
Affiliate links should direct to the product page on https://loadit.ng being promoted.
3. Commission and Payment
A commission is earned only when a customer completes a valid purchase via your Special Link within the same session.
Payments are made only when your commission balance exceeds ₦15,000.
Commission payments are processed monthly via local bank transfer to a Nigerian bank account.
Fraudulent, deceptive, or spammy traffic may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of earnings.
We are not liable for any missed commissions due to incorrect or poorly implemented links.
4. Identifying Yourself
You may not imply any formal partnership or employment relationship with Loadit.ng.
You must not issue press releases, misrepresent your status, or use Loadit.ng branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or ownership.
Affiliates are not allowed to purchase through their own affiliate links; such actions will lead to termination and commission forfeiture.
5. Customer Ownership
Customers acquired through your links are considered Loadit.ng customers. We retain full rights to manage pricing, customer service, and product policies without prior notice. Affiliates should avoid displaying fixed prices, as they may change.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Operating and maintaining your promotional platforms (websites, blogs, social pages).
Complying with third-party platform terms.
Ensuring all content is original, lawful, and non-infringing.
Informing visitors about data usage and any third-party tracking tools in use.
7. Compliance with Nigerian Law
As a Nigerian affiliate, you agree to adhere to all relevant national laws, including:
The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) guidelines
Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR)
Consumer protection laws
Anti-spam, advertising, and financial regulations
8. Term and Termination
This Agreement begins when Loadit.ng approves your application and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
Termination may occur:
At any time by either party with written notice.
Automatically if affiliate misconduct or fraud is detected.
After termination, all links, logos, and branding must be removed from your channels. Outstanding balances above ₦15,000 will be settled at program closeout.
9. Relationship
You are an independent marketer, not an employee, partner, or agent of Loadit.ng. You have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Loadit.ng.
10. Limitations of Liability
Loadit.ng is not responsible for:
Losses arising from affiliate errors or misuse of links.
Service interruptions or technical failures.
Indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to commissions owed and unpaid to you.
11. Disclaimers
We provide no guarantees of income, site uptime, or continuous tracking. Participation in the Program is on an “as-is” basis, and your success depends on your efforts and compliance.
12. Independent Evaluation
By joining, you affirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms.
You have not relied on any promise outside this document.
You understand Loadit.ng may promote its products through other means or affiliates with different terms.
13. Dispute Resolution (Nigeria)
Any disputes related to this Program shall be first settled amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final.
